Leak-Free Enveloping Plugging Tee and Leak-Free Flange Plugging Assembly
Composed of tee, plug, guard plate, blind plate, sealing gasket, high-strength bolts & nuts, as well as clamping plate and pig locator. During operation, the plug is secured within the flange sealing surface of the branch outlet via the clamping plate. A pig locator beneath the plug connects with the pre-cut arc plate from pipeline tapping. During plugging installation, the plug repositions the arc section (cut by the tapping tool) back to its original pipeline location to maintain future pigging capability.
