CG1-30K high-speed plasma linear cutting machine

The "CG1-30K" trolley gas cutting machine is one of the cutting series products of Huawei Company. The internal structure of this machine is reasonably designed and its appearance is elegant and generous. After listening to the customers' suggestions and conducting technical discussions, multiple technological innovations and process improvements were carried out for this product. This machine adopts new materials and strict requirements for parts processing technology, which has greatly improved the operability, durability and heat insulation capacity of the machine. This machine can be optionally equipped with a plasma cutting torch to cut stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. This machine is equipped with a plasma arc starting interface, which enables convenient control of the plasma arc starting. It mainly performs linear cutting and can make circular cuts of > ø200mm. Its running speed is 3 to 4 times that of a regular trolley to meet the requirements of plasma cutting thin plates. It is applicable to industries such as shipbuilding, Bridges, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and heavy machinery.
